Lions are Few

The war of words is getting more intense every week over at http://www.trifectawritingchallenge.com/. Every week I up the ante after reading all the amazing stuff you cavaliers of the craft have posted. Every week I go away bowed and bloodied scratching my head and rubbing my arse where I have been kicked in it – only to rejoin the fray again the following week.

Oh well, here goes. On guard!

This weekend a photo is the 33 word prompt.

Celluloid spirits

skate

my frozen third eye;

scents of thought,

dreams on the wind.

Exits are marked with laughter -

doubt harries

those seeking the grail of form;

some rise -

though

so few lions.

The rather lovely Florence & her Machine

  6. I say stop scratching your head or rubbing your arse young man – you have no need to fear of your skills. You ARE a wordsmith and this proves it.
